I had a very positive experience at CareNow Urgent Care - Regency Square. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me with care, patience, and respect. I did not feel rushed, and they made sure I understood my treatment plan and next steps before I left. I truly appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and quality of care I received. It is reassuring to know there is a reliable urgent care center available when needed. I would definitely recommend CareNow Urgent Care to anyone seeking prompt and attentive medical care.

Amazing customer experience front the receptionist, assistant and the Dr. with the beautiful hair who did an amazing job draining my bursa in elbow with those needles lol. Walk in 5:30pm immediately after work and out the door home by 6:00pm. Thank you Dr for a painless experience. You need Urgent Care then CareNow is the place to go. Thanks Team

I went into CareNow this evening with significant back pain. The woman who checked me in was incredibly personable and welcoming. She was so friendly and kind and made me feel at ease. The young man who took my vitals was also super friendly and engaging. The doctor was awesome as well He was really thorough and went through a myriad of physical tests to assess my back issues. I felt so well cared for. This was my first visit but I will certainly go back. I cannot recommend highly enough their level of care and kindness.

From the waiting time to the service and the closeout Urgent Care was exactly what I needed to combat this seasonal illness. I'm in recovery right now but I can tell you I didn't wait long or unnecessarily, the interview was as thorough as it needed to be to determine what was ailing me, and upon a determination and closeout, my medication was waiting for my pickup at CVS which was 5 minutes away. So, if you are ill, and need seeing by a medical professional, then I highly recommend CareNow Urgent Care.

What an amazing experience I just had from beginning to end! I work for HCA Healthcare and pride myself in a positive patient experience and today was a homer hit out of the ball park for the Care Now team at Regency on Parham! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with courtesy and professional respect and assistance. Robin F. at the front desk was so helpful with all my paper paper work!! Then Seth C., medical assistant did a stellar job at my intake and labs! “Hooyah”. Thank you for your service! A precision lab draw! And then the final lap of excellent service was provided by PA Simon R. Such dedication to his profession and a thorough complete physical exam! Now I am all set for surgery!
