“I had a great experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and I was seen quickly. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The facility was clean and well organized. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care I received.”

Checked in online and when I arrived the receptionist said that she couldn’t find my online check in and that I had to start over. She handed me an iPad that didn’t work, and I ended up needing to do the forms on paper. However, when I finished the forms and asked how to input my insurance information, she said she was able to pull it up from my online check in… Ontop of the check in system being faulty, the nurse who took my vitals had absolutely no bed side manner. Never looked me in the face and asked questions quietly and faced away from me so I could barely hear her. She didn’t seem to actually care about her job, just going through the motions.

UPDATE: After my review, Keith, the office manager, reached out to check on me. He could hear that I was still unwell and offered for me to return to be seen by Dr. Clark. I truly appreciate him taking the time to follow up and address the situation. I am very glad I returned. Dr. Clark was kind, thorough, and compassionate. He took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and identified what I actually needed in order to recover. Three days after that visit, I am feeling significantly better. While my initial experience with Dr. Massenburg was beyond disappointing, I want to acknowledge the professionalism of Keith and the excellent care provided by Dr. Clark. Dr Nguyen was great. She is so personable and has such a sweet bedside manner. I’ve seen her before at this location and always have a great experience. The clerk at registration as well as the LVN were great as well. Nothing like feeling well taken care of when you aren’t feel well.

While visiting my daughter after her surgery , I developed an allergic reaction. She suggested I go to the Care Now she uses. I’m glad I did, clean and calm. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. My nurse, KHALIDA was so patient and attentive with me, my speech was one of the reactions . I was impressed how thorough she covered the questions and really put me at ease. She is definitely a great addition to this facility. Dr NGUYEN was spot on with my diagnosis, in just a few hours symptoms decreased!! She was very professional, asked all the right questions, LISTENED and eased my anxiety. She explained everything clearly and told me to call or return if things worsened.
