CareNow Urgent Care - Prosper

I had a disappointing experience at this urgent care facility. The wait time was excessively long, even though there weren’t many patients ahead of me. When I finally saw a doctor, they seemed rushed and didn't take the time to address my concerns. The staff was unhelpful and often appeared disorganized, which added to the frustration. I left feeling like my health was not a priority. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for quality care.

A’myeh, at the front desk, was so warm, considerate and transparent with me explaining procedure. The queue was over an hour & when I got to Skyler, he was under control & even peppy despite the high volume of patients. The doctor accessed my condition, listened to my concerns, prescribed treatment & I was in & out of the patient room in less than a half hour (after the hour wait that is). And Avion was friendly upon my exit. I have to point out the friendliness of the staff as I have been to this location previously & been serviced by people with no personality at all. This visit was refreshing. I’m already feeling better thanks to all involved. In system where Care Now has the consumer doing the work of uploading insurance & driver’s license, they need to retain some sort of human touch.

I had a mixed experience at CareNow in Prosper. Unfortunately, I had a rude interaction with one of the nurses Hafsa, which made the visit uncomfortable. That said, I want to acknowledge the excellent care from the front desk staff, especially Nila, who was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Ajala was also Nice—she took the time to speak with me without rushing, listened carefully, and showed genuine compassion. She even brought me a bottle of water to help with my cough, which I truly appreciated. While the nurse Hafsa interaction was disappointing, Dr. Ajala and Nila made a positive impact on my visit. I hope the management addresses consistency in professionalism and patient care among all staff.

Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Highly Dissatisfying Visit I visited this CareNow location recently and was appalled by the level of service and professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone needing prompt or serious care to go elsewhere. The issues began immediately with the receptionist, who was actively sitting at the desk eating while attempting to talk to me. Not only was she unavailable to provide basic human interaction, but she also deferred an elderly patient to the self-service kiosk despite not helping anyone else. When the patient struggled with the machine, the receptionist was visibly impatient and unhelpful. The quality of the clinical staff was equally concerning. The staff and providers at CareNow Gates of Prosper are the BEST anywhere. Always friendly, great attitudes, and very pleasant. I've brought my kids here several times and have never had any issues. Keep up the amazing work!!!
