Exceptional experience at this location, every single time. The customer service representative at the front of the office was so professional and helpful. I appreciate her extra effort and kindness. The nurse and doctor went above and beyond to care for both of my ailments in a very thorough but timely manner. The place was immaculately clean and organized. I drove over 30 minutes to come to this office, after a very bad first impression and experience at an office closer to my home today, and I am grateful that I did. Thank you all for always being amazing in care. ♥️

I am from NC and working here in Myrtle Beach temporarily on a job. I went in yesterday for a crushed finger. The bone is fractured, and I ended up with 6 stitches and a splint. The nurses who were there were very friendly, as was the receptionist and the PA who treated me. The pain was tolerable for the rest of the day as long as I was busy doing something else. Last night, the pain was unbearable, and I got less than 2 hours of sleep because of it. After some encouragement from friends, I called today and asked to see if some type of pain medication could be prescribed to help me with the pain at night just for a couple of days. The receptionist today uses excellent patient-centered communication skills. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very kind, and excellent listener, very proactive in assisting with registration, and overall a staff person with a great future. She may well be the most talented receptionist I've come across in my 55 years of healthcare in multiple environments, acute, long-term care, subacute, and mental health. The triage nurse was also excellent and an excellent listener. The doc was right on the ball and knew exactly what was happening with me before I spent half the paragraph explaining it. My visit today was handled in a very professional and friendly manner. The receptionist was excellent and the nurse and Dr were both very good. They listened and were able to help me thru the entire appointment. Thank you.

ONLY USE CASH! My wife received treatment there in July for a sinuous infection. The treatment was fine. However, their billing department appears to be running a scam where they will serially attempt to charge our credit card an addition $30 every six weeks after and hope that we don't notice. No explanation. No statement. No receipt. No EOB. Just a $30 charge every six weeks. Again, the treatment was fine, but if you go there, I'd strongly advise to only use cash.
