CareNow Urgent Care - Mt Juliet

System doesn’t work properly. Made appointment for my son and there was no wait so it only gave me 15 minutes to get there. Called to tell them it was impossible but I was on my way. Got there quickly. Desk girl says I missed appointment so I would need to fill out all info again. Ok. Whatever. Filled out insurance info multiple times from home, tablet in office that kept restarting, then was asked to do it in my phone. No cell internet service in providence area so not possible. Girl wouldn’t just take my cards. That was too difficult apparently. Accidentally sent her wrong side of card on 4th attempt on their malfunctioning tablet. Hour and half later still can’t run insurance. I asked if we just needed to go somewhere else and she gets snarky and tells me to be patient. It’s been an hou

I had a great experience today at urgent care while visiting with my daughter. Anisa at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in and was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Her positive attitude and warm personality truly made a difference during our visit. Very kind and knowledgeable staff! Had to get my blood drawn and it’s usually very hard for people to find a vein on me and they dig around. She did excellent and stuck me first try with no discomfort. Everyone was great. Alleviated my anxiety of going to urgent care. I will be returning to this CareNow.

Came in with a big scrape and a broke toe got immediate service. Everybody was fantastic there they explained everything and cleaned it up. Well, even an x-ray was good.
