CareNow Urgent Care - Midtown

Honestly wouldn’t come here again at all. The pleasant part about my experience was the receptionist and the doctor. They were both patient, kind and pleasant to deal with. The unpleasant part….everything else. Initially the text did not send the form for me to complete check in therefore, 4 other patients were seen before me. I didn’t mind because i believe they did had appointments and I was a walk in. However the things I do mind: The medical assistant had a demeanor as if she didn’t want to be here. Starting with my elevated blood pressure reading in which she took OVER a long sleeve sweatshirt and when I asked to remove this was told “it doesn’t matter” and to hold my hand over my chest and breathe slowly with the next reading being exactly 1 min after. However to me it does matter

I had a great experience bringing my daughter here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, patient, and very welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and cared for, which means everything to a parent. The provider was thorough, explained everything clearly, and treated us with genuine compassion. I truly appreciate how attentive and professional everyone was. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone looking for quality care, especially for children.

Amy, Yang, and Brittany completely made my experience here the most *amazing* it could have been - literally from top to bottom. I’m from Canada and have never been sick in the US, let alone have had to go to the doctor here, but they really made me feel comfortable and took care of my every need. Horrible, no one picks up the phone, so I came in person. I waited 15mins at the desk and the lady said its a 2hour wait and two people called out sick. What kind of medical facilities do we run in this country? Call an ambulance I guess...
