CareNow Urgent Care - Mechanicsville

Very pleased with the Care and Service. Wonderful experience from the minute I walked through the door the front desk staff (very nice gentleman...I did not get his name) was phenomenal. Nurses, Michelle and Sierra were very attentive and pleasant...gathered information to provide to Medical Provider. Nurse Practioner, Mackenzie was awesome asked questions and was very attentive as well. Meds and instructional material provided were beneficial. Now on the road to recovery Thank you very much. B. I’ve come in a few times now over the last several years. Staff I’ve had contact with has been different each time, but all of them have been exceptional. From the moment I have walked in until the point I’ve left has always been impeccable. Waiting room area has always been clean, staff who check you in are well groomed, respectful, professional, and polite. Medical staff has always been receptive, preceptive, respectful, understanding, and prompt. I’ve not had any complaints at all. And honestly that is almost impossible for a medical facility. Doctors/providers don’t look down their noses at you or treat you as beneath them or have an ego that drowns you as they speak. It’s just refreshing to come in with being sick in some way and be made to feel like the healthcare staff actually care

Honestly in the past I havent had a lot of good things to say about most urgent cares or leave a lot of reviews. But care now in Mechanicsville is fantastic. The customer care is incredible, the doctor's dont just push you out the door as quickly as they can. They take the time to talk with you and explain everything. Can't say enough nice things about this establishment! I highly recommend this location!

Easy to make an appointment and fill out “paperwork” online. Was able to wait at home until time for my appointment, which is a blessing when ill. Kind staff and efficient care. Hope I don’t have to go back, but will definitely go there if sick again.

The staff were polite and helpful. They serve you quickly and efficiently. The doctor/NP was knowledgeable and answered questions.
