CareNow Urgent Care - McKinney

From the moment I walked in I was instantly greeted after checking in by the front desk lady. She was so sweet and helped me fill out everything I needed. Wait time wasn’t long at all, I was getting a vaccine. The MA that pulled me back was also super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She talked to me while doing the shot and also gave me really helpful information to take home. The whole experience was so comfortable, warming and I would definitely choose to come back if I have too! Thank you ladies for not only making me feel welcomed and showing you care but the great experience with my care ♥️

To be honest… been coming here for a while, mainly because work sends me here not because i chose this place. I checked in, inside at 2:05 for a DoT reissue, and its 4:10 and I’m still here. My appointment was for 2:14…. This is by far the most basic thing they have to do. Why did it take 2 hours past my appointment time to complete this? And tbh I’m still here and no telling when i will leave. A doctor’s office should be embarrassed to waste that much time from someone’s day on an appointment. But hey… what choice do i have? Slowest doctor office in the world, better luck at ANY other urgent care facility.

Positive from the moment I walked in - A’myeh, the receptionist, engaging and professional and set me at ease. Sandy, assistant to the Dr., welcomed me into a room before seeing the Dr. - took vitals, asked about my wound and how it was healing - answered any questions I might have had. Warm personality, and again - very professional. Dr Ingram entered, remembering my previous visit - general conversation about the healing of my wound, and proceeded to remove stitches, setting me at ease by indicating throughout what she was doing, and encouraging regarding the wound and it’s healing. So - great people enable the healing process. Delighted I chose this facility, and will recommend if the occasion arises.

I really felt welcomed and Amyeh F was amazing. Amyeh was really patient and delivered great customer service with a pleasant attitude and smile. walked into this clinic today feeling stressed, anxious, and honestly pretty defeated from a bad experience somewhere else. But from the moment I checked in, everything felt different here. The staff treated me with real kindness — not fake customer service smiles, but genuine respect and calm. The nurse listened. The doctor actually examined me, explained things clearly, and took my concerns seriously. I never felt rushed or judged. They ordered what needed to be ordered, addressed my symptoms, and gave me a plan that finally makes sense. Even as I was leaving, multiple staff members told me to have a good day. That may sound simple, but when you’re going through something stressful, it means everything. The entire environment was professional, respectful, and human. I wish I could have
