I guess lack is all that is supposed to be expected from an urgent care nowadays. No greeting from the receptionist…just “yes”. Yes???? I didn’t even ask a question. No good morning, how can I help you? Advertise opening at 0800 & at 25 degrees outside you watch customers at the door at 0800 & finally decide to deaconess usher church slow slide to open the door at 0805. Walked in to an attitude buffet from not only the receptionist, but the physician as well. Overhear one of the spicy receptionist hang the phone up & say, “I don’t even know why I call this man. I just need him to do his job…” THE IRONY YIKES. Paid $40 just for the physician to say, “take Mucinex…”. I get it, everyone has bad days. However I can tell that this place has a lack of customer service culture issue. One & done f

I loved this location when it was Better Med. I should have read the recent reviews before taking my sick 15 year old. The receptionist was beyond rude. I checked in online and then upon arrival, there was only one receptionist working. She was laughing and chatting with people at her desk for 15 minutes. When she was finally available, I asked her where we go if we already checked in online. She threw an ipad at me and told me to check in again. I did the check-in process again, taking a picture of insurance card/id everything. Then when we returned the ipad, she mumbled "I don't have time for this". I'm sorry what? You are a receptionist at a medical facility. How do you not have time to check people in? What are we keeping you from? Then she proceeds to ask us for all the information fo

The staff was very detailed and compassionate. They made me feel very relaxed. Stephanie M.A Tiffany Anderson FNP was amazing. They talk to you like regular people. I will recommend them to anyone that needs urgent care. And it wasn't a long drawn out event.

We had such a positive experience at this urgent care. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, patient, and incredibly friendly with my child. They made sure she felt comfortable and safe every step of the way — talking to her gently, explaining what they were doing, and even making her smile when she was nervous. The nurses and provider were attentive, thorough, and truly compassionate. The visit was efficient, the clinic was clean, and we never felt rushed. It’s such a relief to find a place where children are treated with kindness and genuine care. Highly recommend this urgent care for families — they go above and beyond for little ones!

Fast service. While the receptionist was by herself, she was busy but remained professional and handled business quickly. The doctors and nurses were helpful. My only negative, as soon as I checked in at the desk, I got a text message indicating my appointment was ready. I ignored it as I hadn't even sat down after talking to staff. A few minutes later, got the same text but asking if I wanted a new appointment. I went back to the desk, made an inquiry and showed her the text message. Not completely sure why the multiple messages, a bit confusing, but it worked out.
