CareNow Urgent Care - Heights

1. was told doctor will be with you momentarily…and it was a nurse practitioner. i have no problem seeing midlevels and have in the past but i was lead to believe it was a doctor that would be seeing me and it wasn’t. 2. have never had elevated bp and the machine registered a markedly elevated number to my surprise. i took a photo of the reading on the machine and was admonished for doing so by the nurse who stated “i had broken a hippa violation” when taking a photo of my blood pressure reading. i am in healthcare and that is not a hippa violation. 3. i was not informed that X-rays were not available at the facility and had to drive to another facility to get X-rays done. again a lapse in informing persons that a service was not available in case that particular service is needed. i had

I was treated so well by the staff, nurses and doctor! I truly felt they cared. I was checked in by the front desk because I could do it myself, hugged by the doctor and given well wishes upon my exit. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

When I arrived, there were about 3 other patients in the waiting room. I filled out a form on my phone, waited for a little while, then they called me back. The nurse and doctor were kind and helpful. Overall the entire process took 30-45 minutes. Very fast & efficient, clean waiting area & exam room, and kind & professional employees. If I need urgent care again, I will definitely come back here and recommend it to others.

Easy check in process and I was seen very quickly. The front desk JC and nurse Schan were awesome, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The provider Roya was amazing, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Overall, a great urgent care experience and I would definitely recommend this location.

5 star first impression, I checked in with all info online before arrival. I'm still in pain from muscle spasm but got great patient care from front desk and Doctor Saemien. Quick response when I was at CVS got in issues with my insurance got problem solved right away. $3 for 2 prescription, I'm happy I got taken care of at this clinic.
