CareNow Urgent Care - Goose Creek

I am visiting from WA State. I unfortunately got sick and had to visit Urgent Care. My son brought me to this clinic. My experience here was amazing. From the front staff to the medical provider on duty. The care and compassion for those in the clinic is heartwarming. I’ve always heard of Southern Hospitality but hadn’t experienced it until today. Thank you Care Now Urgent Care Clinic..y’all are amazing. Wish I could take y’all with me back to WA. Josephine P.

Every time I have ever been seen at the Goose Creek location I have been very impressed. Starting with the front desk I was greeted with a friendly face, the nurse who called me to the back was great. When he took my BP he told me what his was and the same with my pulse and temperature. The doctor listened to me and was caring and sensitive to how I was feeling. She took the time to explain everything to me about my issues. I was very satisfied.

Took my 4 year old here today because he wasn’t feeling well. Every single person working was so kind. Front desk lady was hilarious. The person who took our son’s vitals was so sweet with him and the Dr that saw us was very nice as well. We were in and out quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Tonya at the front desk is amazing! I had to go twice in 1 week and both times she was up front by herself and was extremely professional, pleasant and made all the patients feel welcomed and important. She never once lost her cool or her smile even when she was overwhelmed with patients in office and the phone. She is an excellent employee and deserves all praises and raises!

I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. She was considerate and professional. I was seen in a reasonable time by Novak,PA and addressed my issues with explanations. Prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy. The injection I received was painless and hopefully will help with the symptoms I was having. Upon leaving, both of the sweet ladies behind the desk, verbalized for me to feel better soon and sounded truly concerned. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to be seen for competent care.
