CareNow Urgent Care - Friendswood

Wow, beautiful facility!!! Save your time and money and go straight to the ER if it's an emergency. We did a virtual visit and they asked us to come in, the waiting room was empty. Zero. People! We had filled out all the paperwork online and had to fill it out again, and wait. 15 min? The online doctor specifically said she wanted us to be able to get right in. So much for that! Urgent care ain't so urgent huh. I liked Sylvia the nurse that took vitals, although she didn't introduce herself I had to look at her name tag for a name! Gerry the NP was nice too. The lab tech was funny and personable! But again, they said go to the ER. This has been my experience with urgent cares for years, they don't do and can't do shit.

The front desk person was very sweet and helpful. Sylvia did my vitals and she was good at doing so. Sherry was very kind ad helpful . Jasmine did a good job too. I had an ankle sprain.

Ti'ara was extremely professional, knowledgable, and made my experience visiting CareNow a pleasure. I will definitely refer and use CareNow for all future appts for our Drug Alcohol Testing program. Thank you, Louie Wiess Coastal Mechanics

Took my son for flu...everyone was friendly and helpful. His test was negative but his dad was positive so we thought it was too early for the test. Doc told us to take a test the next day and if it was postive to call and she would call in a script for tamiflu. SO we did and we ended up needing the tamiflu and she called it in and they made sure to call it into a pharmacy we could get it from quickly. Very helpful. Now maybe next year I can get these two yahoos to get vaccinated.

Everyone was friendly, professional and concerned. I received good care from all who cared for me during my visit. I would highly recommend CareNow in Friendswood is you need urgent care.
