CareNow Urgent Care - Denton Rayzor Ranch

Daughter was here last week. Had a flu and Covid test done. They were negative. Was told I have a virus. No urine test was done. Within 12 hours I ended up at a ER. Turns out I have a kidney infection and UTI. Came back yesterday to get a doctors note extension and check current vitals. After waiting an hour and a half in a room, they didn’t check her lungs, heart, temperature. Absolutely nothing. I don’t recommend coming here.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I went in today due to having very high pain levels. I have an autoimmune disease, and my specialists office was closed, so this was my last resort to get any help. I waited nearly three hours in this place just for the doctor to come in and be dismissive and what I would describe as condescending when I asked for lab work to be done. I have never been in as much pain from my illness as I have been in today, and my specialists office is closed on the weekends, so I just wanted some labs done and some help figuring out what to do for this. My doctor immediately rejected the idea of labs, going on and on about how labs will not help me today and how I will have to see my specialist anyway and that they'll just do their own labs. It felt like he was speaking

I had an extremely long wait due to two emergencies ahead of me, but I saw Dr. Fuentes and he was great, listened to me and got me treated with the proper treatment! Staff was very curious and transparent about the wait time and made it pleasurable even though it took quite a long time.

Dr Jones was amazing. Excellent bed side manner. Empathic and exceeded my expectations. Plus Kaylinn was a great director of first impressions when I arrived and as I existed the visit.

Every experience was great all 3 times I was there. And I especially want to call attention to the special care the nurse gave to cleaning my wound yesterday. Brenda Puri was so gentle & really cleaned it so good. I cannot praise her enough.
