Terrible experience, completely unprofessional especially the check in team as well as their general behavior as urgent care facility. I walked in and asked to be seen for a right hand injury. The check in girl (black woman) chewing gum like a pig in customers face and talking while chewing totally gross and unprofessional. Then she handed me over a tablet to “fill in information” completely disregarding my hand injury! If my hand is in trauma or broken bone how can I input information?? So the mode Latina girl on the left offered to help and she entered my info herself. Then the waiting was very long. This all time the 2 black women in the reception area were talking and laughing very loud as if no one is sitting in the lobby!! People cone to urgent care to seek help due to injury and sic

I waited nearly two hours and began receiving text messages instructing me to check in at the front desk. When I approached to ask for clarification, the front desk staff member seemed visibly annoyed that I was asking. She responded in a sarcastic tone, stating that the messages had nothing to do with what was happening in the back and that the rooms were completely full. She said she could not provide a true timeframe and ‘hopefully’ it would be another hour. I understand that facilities can be busy, but the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude were very disappointing. I simply wanted clarification after receiving conflicting messages. Received great care. Short wait due to a slow day, so lucky there. Each professional i saw was personable and very efficient. The evaluation was done quickly and the staff handled the hospital referral so quickly that they were ready for me even though the drive took less than 10 minutes. Could not have gone better.

Jacquetta and Aden were so kind, sweet, funny and helpful during check in and check out processes. Brittany and Dr. Dew were troopers and saw my hubby and son at the same time. We were in and out within 45 minutes of our appointment time. Hopefully we don’t have to come back too often, but if needed we will be back to this location! Thanks to this team, we will begin our healing process and get to enjoy the rest of our Christmas break!
