CareNow Urgent Care - Conroe

The entire staff was awesome. I went in and was seen within 10 mins. The Nurse explained everything to me where I understood it because Im not educated in the medical field but my God I am grateful for Dr. Amanda Sanders, NP who was so kind and helped me UNDERSTAND a condition I have had for over 20 years in how to properly treat it. I hope they continue to take my insurance and stay open.

I want to start off by saying that the Woodlands location is so much better. I’ve been taking my child there since he was a baby he is now 8 yrs old and have never had an issue. Since the Conroe location is closer to us, I decided to schedule an appointment online there. I arrived at 9:00 AM, and the doors were still locked. The African American lady inside pointed at the sign that said they open at 9 AM. I checked my watch and told her it was exactly 9, but she said the doors “open automatically at 9 AM.” They didn’t. After trying again around 9:01 and still not being able to get in, the Hispanic girl at the front desk made a face and got up to manually open the door. Friendly staff which is hard to find in any business today but medical offices can be the worst. I was seen in a timely manner. My issue was reviewed and an action plan was discussed and put in place to help me feel better. I’ll definitely use them again when needed.

This was my first time visiting this urgent care. It was clean , I was able to make an appointment and fill out forms online so when I got there, there was minimal wait. Everyone was very friendly and I was seen within 10 minutes. The nurse practitioner listened to everything, asked questions and prescribed medication to get me on my way. I don’t go to urgent care very often, so I am pleasantly surprised and told my family that we have a good option very close to us. Highly recommend!

Not very impressed with the way they worked with me up front, since of arrogance, very long wait with appointment, nonchalant, customer care is not #1 here. Mia in the back was Awesome, five star for her. Overall took care of my issue but think ill try a different place if needed in the future
