CareNow Urgent Care - Chantilly

We recently visited the urgent innova care in Chantilly and had previously visited the one in Ashburn. Both experiences were extremely disappointing and frustrating. The entire concept of “urgent care” in these locations feels misleading because the care is not urgent at all. Despite these being large medical facilities, there was only one provider available, even while many patients were waiting for help. People were left sitting in the waiting room for hours during what were clearly urgent situations. This defeats the purpose of urgent care and makes the system feel very inefficient. It is difficult to understand how such a situation can exist in the United States. Even in many developing countries, healthcare facilities do not operate this way. I recently visited Dr. Abebe Urgent Care for a physical and to complete all of my titers for nursing school, and I had a really positive experience. Dr. Abebe was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain exactly what I needed and why, which made the whole process feel clear and stress-free. I’ll admit, I was a little weary at first because of some Yelp reviews and not being familiar with the office. I was actually surprised to learn they’ve been established for six years and I hadn’t even realized. The process was smooth, the wait time wasn’t long at all, and everything moved efficiently. The front desk staff was very sweet and helpful, and everyone in the office was friendly. I truly loved the environment it felt welcoming and professional. I’ll definitely be back again.

I came here because it’s an in network location for urgent care. The check in process was very easy. I did everything online prior to showing up so the wait time was reduced. The tech that took my vitals was pleasant. He did his best to get a WDL BP but unfortunately for him, me and my anxiety are lock in so nothing below 140s. The provider that saw me was Ms Ebebe, NP. She was so pleasant and lovely. Listened to my chief complaint and was able to figure out was wrong with me. She sent a prescription to my pharmacy and still took a few minutes to chat with me about life. Overall a great experience.

We are very thankful for the Nurse Practitioner Abebe. She treated my wife very well and made her feel very comfortable. She handled her leg injury carefully and professionally. We really appreciate her help especially because she communicated through her language. Thank you so much.
