CareNow Urgent Care - Carolina Forest

The front ladies were welcoming. There were a couple of emergencies so the wait time was a little long but totally understandable. Apologies we're given by the reception and intake personnel. The doctor (Scholls - lol)was sympathetic to what my issue was. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. I would definitely recommend Care Now Carolina Forest!

By far, the worst medical experience I’ve had in my lifetime. I put a drill through my hand while working in the garage. I got the bleeding to stop, but was in a lot of pain and the hand was doubled in size due to swelling. I called them - no sense of urgency or concern. Just told me to go online and make a reservation. I did. I received a text an hour later saying I’m next in line. Had my neighbor drive me. Got there, and they said there are multiple people ahead of me. I had to wait another hour+ to be seen. The nurse showed no concern either, and asked irrelevant questions to the issue. She didn’t even clean my wound at first. She left, saying the doctor would be in soon. 5 minutes later, she returned and said “actually, I’m going to clean it”. First of all let me say when my doctor didn't have time for me care now did. I would like to say the Dr Frank nat at the front desk Melissa and Steph ma were top notch All very thorough all very nice concerned and professional I would suggest to anyone if they're not happy with their current medical care and or don't have a doctor and they have an issue to not even wait a second give them a call. When my regular doctor office was making life difficult they made life easy Dr Frank took a very good look at me almost like a physical gave me his opinions which were based in fact and what he observed they took blood for some blood tests I have Medicare and there was absolutely no charge. Can't thank you enough You guys hit a home run take a victory lap. May God bless

I tried getting into another local urgent care but I had to wait until the next day. My son told me about Care Now and the good experience he had there. I found them online and went to their website and signed in. It showed that I was 8th in line and gave me a time to be there. I was able to fill out all my information online. When I arrived at the office, I let the receptionist know that I was there. I sat down and after 5 minutes I was called back. The nurse was very friendly and kind. When the PA Linda came in, she was just as friendly and kind and gave me a thorough examination. She gave me the results from the Flu and Covid test they had taken earlier. I checked in on line very early in the morning and immediately got a text back with the first appt 8:00. It was very fast and when I entered the office I was taken to a room. Very efficient check in process. The nurse came in and took the pertinent info needed. It wasn't long after the doctor arrived. Did his checkup, answered questions and I was done. My prescription was sent to CVS and ready for pickup within 15 minutes. Really fast and efficient. Staff was very nice. I highly recommend this urgent care.
