The level of care my sons received at CareNow was compassionate and competent care. Not once were my or my sons concerns dismissed. The lady technician (did not catch her name) collecting my sons specimen was super patient as my son was apprehensive about his nasal swab, but nonetheless she treated him with compassion. Dr. Birnaum was knowledgeable and thorough. I felt he listened to me and my sons while demonstrating a collaborative approach to care. I felt he and the staff at CareNow went above and beyond ensuring we had the necessary resources to follow his plan and recommendations. Thank you very much for the compassionate and competent care. They get me in quickly, and I’ve never had an unusually long wait. I usually check in through the website, which makes the process even faster and easier. The staff here are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They’re easy to talk to, always respectful, and they make me feel listened to and taken care of. I actually pay more out of pocket to come here than I would to see my regular doctor, but it’s worth it to me. I visited this location for the first time today. Upon arrival, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk for over 15 minutes to assist with check in. The front desk clerk was in the back talking to coworkers about things unrelated to work for 15 minutes. When she finally came to the front desk, her demeanor was unwelcoming and not pleasant. The woman who called me to the back and checked my vitals was very kind. I came in for pink eye (I’m an elementary teacher and was sent home from work by the school nurse for pink eye and advised to go to urgent care for treatment). The nurse practitioner, Gichimu, came into my room and asked a few questions, did not look in my eyes at all, then proceeded to say it’s just allergies. My first visit to CareNow Atascosita was a wonderful surprise. I was feeling like warmed-over c&*p, wheezing, headachy, and exhausted. After registering online, I sat in the waiting room for maybe five minutes before I was ushered into a waiting room. The med tech told me there were two people ahead of me but it shouldn't be long. And it wasn't--I was seen within 10 minutes by Dr. Clesi. Dr. Clesi asked leading questions--how long I'd been sick, what I was feeling and where it hurt. After listening to my breathing, she ordered four prescriptions, which were sent automatically to my pharmacy. The prescriptions were ready almost by the time I left the clinic. Dr. Clesi was efficient, seamless, and comforting. Four hours later I'm already feeling better. I felt safe in the waiting area and th

I had a very good experience here. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, and the provider took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and concerns. I came in with a calf injury that had been bothering me for over a week, with swelling, pain, and difficulty walking. They did a thorough evaluation, explained the diagnosis clearly, and gave me a reasonable treatment plan and clear follow-up instructions. I felt taken seriously and well cared for.
