CareNow Urgent Care - American Fork

We had a fantastic experience at CareNow Urgent Care in American Fork! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The medical staff was quick, efficient, and took great care of my wife. The doctor I saw was amazing, knowledgeable, thorough, and very fast without making us feel rushed. My wife was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location!

GREAT service for EVERY professional. From the receptionist, the nurse, and the PA were all so friendly, kind, patient and helpful. It was very busy and a Sunday and this urgent care had the shortest wait time and yet everyone was so apologetic about the wait. It was nice we could go run a couple of errands while we “waited” to be seen. I would totally send anyone here!

This review is primarily focused on the front office and administrative staff responsible for insurance processing. We have experienced multiple issues with incorrect insurance coding and other processing errors that reflect either a significant lack of training or clear administrative incompetence. While the medical providers deliver good care, patients should be prepared for substantial challenges related to how this facility handles insurance matters.

As much as we all despise having a reason to visit a medical clinic, everyone that I interacted with was so kind and helpful. I had a cut that resulted in a terrible infection about a month ago and after a few visits they had me on my way to fully healing. Thanks so much to everyone, especially, Dave Peterson, Luli and Emalee!! There were two other staff members that helped my first visit but I didn’t catch their name, wonderful young ladies though! Thank you so very much! Everyone was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and fast working without “rushing” me out. Definitely a solid option for urgent care needs!!
