CareNow Urgent Care - Abrams

Wish I could give them Zero stars. Last July, I went to CareNow Urgent Care with symptoms that were later determined to be severe acidity/GERD-related issues. I was kept waiting for nearly three hours despite feeling very unwell. After finally being seen, I was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed antibiotics. Unfortunately, that diagnosis turned out to be incorrect. The antibiotics did not address my actual condition and made things worse. My symptoms escalated to the point that I had to visit the emergency room twice back-to-back. I later contacted their patient services department to dispute the visit and raise concerns about the misdiagnosis. I was told that they believe the treatment provided was correct and that they would not be taking any further action. It was extremely frus

This urgent care center is clean, well-organized, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. I was especially impressed with how fast the entire visit went, thanks to the convenient online check-in. A smooth and stress-free experience—I’d definitely return if needed.

My appointment was pushed back at other nearby urgent care locations, and I received a call from this location offering availability. The drive was a bit longer, but I’m so glad I came here. I was taken care of promptly, and both the doctor and staff were amazing, kind, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend this location for excellent care

I’ve been coming to CareNow on Abrams for years usually around this time, because like clockwork, I get sick lol. This visit was no different: otitis media, allergic rhinitis, and a nose doing the absolute most. But the staff? Pure gold. Every single person treated me with patience, kindness, and professionalism like I was the main character. Even with a small delay, they made me feel safe, cared for, and comfortable. You can’t fake that kind of energy. They actually remember me which means a lot when you can’t even feel your face lol. If you want top-notch care, visit this place you’ll leave feeling better, inside and out.
