I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with CareMEDICA has been incredibly frustrating. After completing a sleep study, I waited weeks just to get any kind of update. I was repeatedly told that “someone will reach out,” yet no one ever did. Every step of the process required me to chase them down myself. Clear communication and timely follow-up are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I’ve lived in multiple states and have seen many doctors over the years, but this has been one of the most disorganized and disappointing medical office experiences I’ve had. If you value responsiveness and follow-through, I would strongly encourage you to consider other options.

I can't rate the doctor, only the witch at reception. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and she said you were supposed to be here at 9 in a very condescending tone. For all the time doctors kept me waiting past my appointment time....I just came off four night shifts in a row and drove from out of town. Finding a different provider. My time is just as valuable as the doctors. Care Medica has never once got me seen at the correct time. I have always waitied. Fired.

“I highly recommend this clinic” It was very easy to schedule my appointment, and I was seen quickly. The facilities are modern, comfortable and clean. The staff is exceptional. The doctor Leon Uribe explained the entire procedure in detail and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. "I am very satisfied with the results of the treatment." Te experience was very positive.

The office ran right on schedule without extra waiting. Doctor Uribe has excellent bedside manner, sense of humor, and took the time to hear and discuss all concerns without feeling rushed. Definitely recommend.

I liked Katherine Dubious as a person, so I stuck out my concerns with this office as long as I could. However, I just can’t deal with the outsourcing they use for all scheduling, billing, appts, and any conversation. I asked if she can just call to go over lab work to prevent me driving a half hour there and was told yes. After the results, the call center tries to book another appt to go over everything. I explained the doctor said she would go over it with me without that. I can never speak with anyone directly at the office- ever. Eventually they set up a zoom call for telemedicine- which would be another copay- again not what was told to me prior- I could not speak to the provider any other way- just via a TM appt with a new copay. I owe a small $30 bill, which they ask for when confi
