Amazing communication. Very helpful, respectful and considerate. I had a issue with getting my hours from the company I used to work for and Jon was amazing through the stressful time. I almost wasn't able to start the class and he pulled my information through at the last minutes before the first class started. I really appreciate everything he did to help me!!!! It really means a lot to me and I'm very grateful for him and everyone that helped!!!!

I had a really great experience at Caregiver Training Institute. From the start, the admissions process felt smooth and supportive, and Jon deserves a huge shout-out. He was patient, proactive and always took the time to explain things clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful. The instructors Deb, Khalila, and Cindy were amazing. They truly care about their students and created a supportive, hands-on learning environment. They explained the material in a clear, practical way and were always willing to help and encourage us. What a wonderful experience I am having through the Caregiver Institute’s CNA program! First and foremost, the guidance and support I have received from Jonathan White (Administrator) has been beyond amazing and has made the enrollment process easy and pleasant. Second, the trainers and teachers are so knowledgeable and really help the students to fully know and comprehend the studies. I am feeling super confident in everything I’m learning.
