Where do I start? First. Outside. Clean. Inside. Definitely needs major upgrades especially in the residents room. My mom was there for a couple of weeks and when we first walked in her room. It looks like a dirty motel. Also she had a mouse in her room and she had to tell facility. Nurses. One particular nurse we talked to first day and my mom’s last day. Super nice. Seemed like she actually liked her job. Other nurses. Well when a woman who recently had a stroke asked for diapers. Getting told “get them yourself” really isn’t something I wanted to hear. One breakfast. She asked for new coffee since it was ice cold. She was told you had to wait til dinner. It was breakfast and someone told my mom she had to wait til dinner for one cup of black coffee. The most simplest coffee you can make

Family like environment with wonderful, caring staff, and nearly remodeled Interior!

When I first got here the place was no up pare but they have completely turned it around. It amazes me how quickly they turned it to a 1 star to a 5 star. The people here make you feel like family.

I have found Mary Scott Nursing Center to be a wonderful place. The staff are just like a family. They really care about the residents who live here. There is laughter, smiles, caring, and love shared daily. The clinical staff is just exceptional. These are dedicated nurses and STNAs who are well trained and also receive additional trainings regularly. If you ever have a loved one who needs short term rehab or long term placement I highly recommend Mary Scott.

Mary Scott is updating their facility nicely. The staff is great. Taylor is the best nurse ever! Food is ok. Friendly people and great activities. 👍
