CareCore At Lima

Very poor place to live. DO NOT leave your family here. They let my husband out to smoke in the early morning and left him outside in what felt like 19° weather for over an hour. My husband died at their facility but because he was a full code they called ems and he was taken to LMH. No one but the aides did CPR on him. The nurses would not initiate CPR. As a nurse that is your job. They have tried to cover it up, forging his signature, getting rid of evidence. This place is not suited to take care of humans. I would leave my pet at this facility. Larry was in his right frame of mind, he had an electric wheelchair. He went the for therapy to get stronger and ended up dying there. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOURLOVED ONES!!! #JUSTICEFORLARRYHOUSE

Dont leave ur loved ones here. Currently a loved one of mine has been there for literally 2 days and we've had issues! Last night took the last straw! Leaving our loved one sitting in feces, didnt clean her up, room smelled like feces. But we are supposed to look at these nurses on cellphones carrying on outside as heroes??? No!

I came here for rehabilitation after a two week hospital stay. I could barely walk when i got here. The administration staff, nursing staff, aides, housekeeping, physical therapy and occupational therapy teams were all amazing to me. I was malnourished and the meals were very nutritional. After almost three weeks of their care and encouragement i am able to go home. Thank you Carecore.

This place is a disaster! My family member called me, and told me she was on the floor. I had to call the facility to let them know she was on the floor. She was sent to the hospital because she was hurting, and once she was checked out they said she had a broken rib. Idk who is dropping the ball at this place but someone needs to find out what the root of the problem is! This place is going to be going out of business if this kind of help continues. Good luck if you're thinking of putting a family or friend in there.

Terrible service! Rude! Refused to help. Nurse was sitting at desk and when asked to help get the patient to the restroom said that she couldn't leave the desk and she would just have to go on her own or wait. The patient has fallen over 4 times and now has to have surgery. Keep your loved ones out of this place!
