They took my money after knowing the kind of service I needed could not be done because the doctor was not there!! They didn't inform me and wouldn't refund my money!! Horrible staff also, the troll called the law on me because I demanded my money back or for the $100 to go towards my next appointment... Where I could actually be seen. They stole my money for services I did not receive. I'm awaiting disability as I have chronic health problems. Disgusting

Wife was seen on a Saturday for fever, cough, congestion and wheezing on a Saturday afternoon. Performed Covid, Flu A & B tests which were negative. No antibiotic given only told to use mucinex and cough medicine. Didn't improve. Went to Affinity 2 days later and given antibiotic and steroid injection and prescribed oral antibiotics. Got better within a day. The kicker was the bill we received from Care Connect. Total charges of $440.00 including a $285 office visit charge ( was seen by PA for maybe 10 minutes) and an additional $55 charge for a weekend visit. Save your money and go to Affinity Express Care. Better care and cheaper.

Went in on Monday due to my ears and throat hurting. I told the NP Savannah Warren that I would like a Zpack but she insisted that I take amoxicillin and would not give anything for my throat. She said I could drink tea. The antibiotic ended up causing severe shortness of breath so I had to stop. I ended up having nothing for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I call back this morning at 9 am and explain that I want a Zpack to be called in and they said that she is not working today that I would have to come in and pay to be seen by someone else to get another antibiotic. That is ridiculous. I will not be back.

My mom was seen at this urgent care. She was prescribed a medication that she is allergic to and put on her allergy list that she is allergic to. The provider sent it in to the pharmacy anyways. I called over an hour before they closed to let them know that she had sent something in she was allergic to. The front desk girl told me she would send a message to the provider. The pharmacist at CVS also called the urgent care and spoke with someone to let them know she could not have this medication due to allergies. The provider did not send anything in and the urgent care is now closed for the night.

Horrible place and employs definitely are educated in medical anything, This office has no idea what a referral is much less how to send one, No matter how many times you call every employee will tell you a different lie, Employees get upset when you call them out for lieing, Sad that the doctor i saw there Dr Buschlen has no clue how to right up a referral, You should choose a different clinic for your medical needs, read all reviews people are telling the truth about this clinic it should be shut down
