Top-notch service! Vernita Shipp, NP and the entire staff are knowledgeable and always provides great treatment. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PS: Henry (MA) is caring, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable.

They may as well close this place and the pediatrician office down and come in with a whole new facility . You set up an appointment and still end up waiting over an hour for it they have yet to get things in order as far as documentation everything is still on paper like it's 2005 and urgent cares were supposed to be quick and easy this one's worse then the hospital nothing is set to make the parents life a lil easier just ughhhhh

It was a smooth visit, after I left the waiting area. Besides hearing the receptionist complaining about a patient scheduling 30min before they close..but other then that it was pretty good… Henry did a great job.. He ask all the right questions and was very swift with checking my vitals. N.P Angel was very caring, nice and helpful.. I appreciate Care connect and there staff!!

I absolutely LOVE this urgent care. We had Henry as our nurse and Brittany as our provider on Tuesday for my daughter and both were WONDERFUL with her while she was sick and had so much patience with her. We had Tangela as our nurse and Angel as our provider today for myself and both were so sweet and helpful. They also had the best patience with us. We’ll definitely be going back!

Went there with extreme burns and sun poisoning, Henry was the nurse, he was absolutely amazing, and so nice and caring about the situation by far the best nurse I've had in forever! He's very respectful person and kind hearted! Very impressed!! Will be hoping to have him again as a nurse, even with horrible burns he made the conversation lighter!! ♾️/10 recommend him!!
