CareConnect Convenient Care, Perry

I am disappointed with the lack of consideration for patients’ time at Perry Convenient Care in Perry. I make appointments so I can be seen and leave in a timely manner, especially since my visits are usually for simple matters like medication refills, not acute illness. Despite having scheduled appointments, I often experience long wait times. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but when delays are frequent, it defeats the purpose of making an appointment at all. I hope the clinic will review its scheduling and patient flow to better respect patients’ time. I love my NP so much, but the new management policies are absolutely inconsiderate of my time.

I went with my daughter last night and she had a vagal response while having her blood drawn. Several team members quickly came in the room to help and were very responsive and incredibly sweet. The NP we saw was also very thorough and took time to listen to her. Thank you all so much, we really appreciate it!

I’m happy that I’ve made them my primary. Carson is amazing and the front desk ladies are nice. Always suggest coming right when they open regardless of you don’t have an appointment
