CareCentral Urgent Care

DO NOT COME HERE! They charged my bank account $250 without my consent 7 months AFTER my visit despite me having 3 different ACTIVE health insurance policies. A bill was never sent and they did not inform me that they would be charging my card. Despite all of this, I attempted to obtain an itemized bill from their ‘billing department’ to submit for reimbursement and they were unable to generate a bill to send to me. Why charge a patient if there was active coverage and no bill was generated? I worked in health insurance for over 10 years and I know firsthand that this is very shady! STAY AWAY!

This is one of the best Urgent Care’s I had the fortune of being recommended to go to. I wasn’t able to get a PCP appointment on Monday and I wasn’t impressed by the Urgent cares in and around my neighborhood. A friend recommended I come here as I had very bad ankle and heal pain. The Nurse Practitioner Rose was amazing, I knew it was a tough day for her and the rest of the staff based on foot traffic. They managed to see me right away. They had X-rays done and gave me a copy so I can show a specialist when I make my appointment. Turned out I had tendinitis according to Rose, which the specialist agreed on and she made sure to take her time and explain everything to me. She and other staff members checked on me while I was waiting for my X-rays to be done and after. Everyone was so kind,

First time ever at an urgent care. Wonderful experience. Injured my ankle playing softball and was seen by an NP there named Rose. She was kind, understanding and patient. I was in a lot of pain.

Receptionist lost my license and insurance card and that of my son and than refused to take accountability and insisted she returned them to me and refused to check work area. I emptied my pocketbook in front of her to show I did not have them and she was rude and disrespectful to me and my family after HER screw up.

The reception and nurse were very nice but the provider was terrible. I went in for a cold and fever. The provider was with me for less than 3 minutes and kept cutting me off and asking questions I had already answered. And despite her cutting me off she said to me at one point: “I’ve listened to your symptoms you now need to listen to me.” I felt extremely disrespected and would not recommend this provider to anyone.
