Care Station Medical Group West Orange

It was my greatest experience better than my PCP. The wait time from the admitting are not long. The nurse was cordial and compassion as I explained to her how my throat hurts. But it was a little too long g before I saw a doctor; understanding she was caring for other patients. My med was sent to my pharmacy right away to pick up I will come back again when I need

The staff was helpful in registering and getting me in quickly. Doctor was prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. Unlike a typical emergency type medical venue, I felt like I was important and the doctor requested a follow up visit to make sure my condition was improving. Conveniently, my pharmacy was across the street so I was able to head there and pick up medicine on my way home to recuperate. From check-in to home was about an hour I think. This center is part of RWJ Barnabas which was also a surprise at that is my primary care health provider. Very happy to have this medical group close by as my doctor is 45 minutes from my home. I"ve been coming here since teh covid days so after 5 years I still highly recommend this group and location.

Care station was very helpful, especially Dr. Misra who took his time, was thorough, easy to talk to and helped me navigate through a recent illness that been very difficult. It’s rare you go to an Urgent care and get treatment like you are their most important patient. That’s how Dr Misra made me feel, thank you for being understanding, helpful and guiding me and even called to explain my results and provide me with a referral. I felt and still feel very supported. And the staff was very kind and welcoming as well. They also do lab and blood work which is very helpful. They really care at this Urgent Care. Thank you. I definitely would recommend.

Haven't been here in years & they've made so many changes. It's really nice inside (they had these really cute Valentine's Day decor) & spacious & you check in at a kiosk. Wait time wasn't too long-was in & out in an hour & I was prescribed medication & my pharmacy recieved it rather quickly. The staff were kind & friendly & I'm glad I made to choice to go & would honestly come back if need be.

Terrible customer telephone customer service using overseas personnel with poor listening skills or who don’t understand or speak English. I was seen yesterday & was told 2 prescriptions were called in. Drove to pharmacy this morning & they never received it. I go to local pharmacy with super helpful personnel - they told me if it was any other urgent care center they would call to follow up, BUT THEY ARE UNDER INSTRUCTIONS NOT to follow up with this urgent care center because they or their answering service either don’t call back or if they do, the pharmacy wastes a lot of time because they NEVER get anything right…. I will avoid going to this urgent care center going forward.
