The medical assistants, Chantal and Bibi, were exceptionally courteous, ensuring that my testing was conducted promptly and without any inconvenience. Dr. Naakwale Quartey demonstrated a high level of attentiveness to my needs during the appointment. She was forthright in communicating the results of my tests and addressing any potential concerns that may arise in the future. My experience with the Drs. on staff at the Care Station have been good. I find them to be qualified and knowledgeable in their area of medicine. What I am my not happy with is the generated text messages sent to my phone to preregistration my appointment and then come into the office and do the exact same thing using the kiosk. I find kiosks very impersonal and when coming there because you are not feeling well annoying to re do the whole procedure again. Although I was told by the receptionist that is the method use to let them know you are there. I don’t see any need for a photo or to have my identity known or stolen.

My experience here today Jan 2 was so nice. The staff was very pleasant... Juanita was awesome she was very helpful... she made me feel comfortable at a very uncomfortable time in my life... Chantel was the Nurse that assisted me with my issue... she was so pleasant... she walked me through the process of what I was requesting and made sure I was 💯 before leaving the office... thinking of making here my PCP...

I love the Care Station in Linden! To be honest, I didn’t always. The wait was ridiculous but the last several appointments I was called in quickly and the doctor saw me quickly as well. Dr. Diaz is wonderful. He takes his time with you. I never feel rushed. He answers all my questions thoroughly. Also, the woman who scheduled my future appointments was courteous, kind and very personable. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She is wonderful at her job. Thank you
