This place is horrible i mean the actually care resources office, not the pharmacy, you call, never answer, if they do, they hang up the phone or put you in hold for a long of periods of time that you end up hanging up. It seems that they don't want to work. Since they change management it has gone down. They want you to make an appointment, but you can't even reach the appointment person.
