CARE PLUS PHARMACY

I had a very poor experience with this pharmacy. The owner Bhavesh was consistently unresponsive to concerns and unprofessional in their interactions. They would often disregard customer needs and prioritize their own interests. The pharmacy was frequently disorganized, leading to delays and mistakes with my prescriptions. When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, they seemed unconcerned and unwilling to make changes. I would not recommend this pharmacy to others due to the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. If you value prompt and professional service, you may want to consider alternative options.

Awful service. They promised to deliver antibiotics that I urgently needed by 4:00 pm. I called at 4:00 to check on delivery and they said without any remorse that it was never set up for delivery. This is typical but when I explained it was antibiotics and I really needed them, it didn't seem important at all.

Care Plus doesn't care to help me figure out why I don't receive their calls. I've been going there 3 months. I've never received a call from them notifying me my prescriptions are ready. I have to call or show up and hope they filled it. I let them know last month and they confirmed my #, then blew it off. Same thing today. I can't use a pharmacy that doesn't call when prescriptions are ready. They won't send emails. I needed today's prescription LAST WEEK when it was filled, not today. But I didnt know it was filled did I? It's not my job to do their job. I guess it's back to CVS for me. At least they're open on weekends.

I've been bringing my daughter here for years now and I love it and now my son gets his medication deliver from here too thank you guys you have an amazing team.
