The conditions of this facility are just plain old heart breaking. The food, is worse than prison food. The portions are the size of maybe 2 golf balls put together. It's disgusting, I don't think dogs would even eat it. These people starve, then they can't even request to use the microwave in case family brings up food. They don't clean up the patients, hardly ever. The rooms are disgusting. Mice, and roaches. A mouse ran right under the bed while I was sitting with my mom. It didn't care that we were there either which tells me that they used to coming out with people around. It's unsanitary. It's neglectful. People aren't given any help with clothing either, people beg me to bring them a coat or sweatpants for them because they see I take care of my mother. It's horrifying, it's sad esp

I am writing to formally report severe neglect, unsafe conditions, and possible violations of state and federal care standards at a longterm care facility where my husband’s mother is currently a patient. The conditions we have personally witnessed are alarming and inhumane. Patients are being forced to live in unsanitary and degrading conditions, including: * Patients left naked in their beds with no clothing provided * No sheets, pillows, or basic bedding * Patients unable to leave their rooms because they are not given clothing * No televisions or activities provided to patients on the 4th floor, leaving them isolated and unstimulated * Bathrooms that are filthy and unsanitary, with visible large roaches * Patients not being properly cleaned or cared for * Denial or delay of necessary

Recent reviews have me a bit worried and concerned, my mom is in here and I noticed several red flags. The last time i seen my mother she was sick and had an infection, and was just left in her room with little to no medical attention, in fact an employee approached me last week and told me to “make a scene” because that’s the only way “she was going to get medical attention “, staff is unhelpful and always passes the buck and blames the other person when asked simple questions like, “why don’t my mother have sheets, pillow or where is her clothes “ bathrooms are always filthy, my mothers toilet seat has been broken since she’s been there causing a fall risk, bringing unsafe conditions for her and other parents. Staff is rude, they dumb when you ask them anything, you’ll never get answers

It was very horrible for my sister rm 212 it was not clean. Blood and spit on walls. Mold in bathroom sheets were unclean dresser drawers were dirty. And this was day one of being admitted. She left out of there. It goes to show you never judge a book by its cover. I did give you one star. But to be honest it should be no star. And I feel bad for some of the employees that they have to work under these conditions

I had an awesome visit with my husband staff was very friendly and helpful. The place did smell and now the whole one part of the hallway is leaking and there are blankets soaking up the water in the floor so not safe for anyone staff or residents the nurses that I met were nice though just need to clean this place alot
