Care Options for Kids

My son has been seeing an Occupational Therapist for about two years now with This company. I just want to take this time to give her , her flowers. Ms Lauren you are amazing. My son Rowan’s progress since being under your care is outstanding. This young lady has a true passion for caring and educating children Autism. She has a very gentle spirit, she’s very attentive and patient but most importantly , she Cares! I’m am thankful for her indeed. If you are looking for someone to trust with your child, she’s the one. Thank you :)

If I could give this piece of crap company zero stars I would but unfortunately they don’t allow this. They don’t care about patients or their families. They don’t communicate with the families about medical care if they do it’s only thru the therapist which is not their job. Good luck getting a call back from a manger or higher in a timely manner I’m still waiting for a call and it’s been 24 hrs. Even though the manager was told I wanted to talk to them personally to resolve all the issues of the office staff sticking their two cents in where it doesn’t belong and inputting their feelings into my child’s medical care which they don’t know her or the issues we have day to day. Evidently their priority is not the family or patients

I have used this company for years for my son's incontinence supplies. Until the last year,they were a well oiled machine, my shipments arrived on time and I never had to do much to keep the process moving. Over the last year I have had missed and incorrect shipments, I have struggled to get paperwork completed because they did not communicate the need to me, I have communicated with them and made requests which they still messed up after more than one phone conversation, and when I asked to speak to a manager about the situation I was put off and my phone call was not returned. So I suggest that if you are looking for a company to supply your medical supplies find another, better managed company.

We used to use Care Options for Kids Therapy and will never again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
