Care Fast Urgent Care

I have been several times over the years and have always found the staff warm, compassionate, and eager to understand and help. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. My only concern is that there were a couple of times when an actual MD was not on site… but the PAs and NPs seemed knowledgeable and I felt safe…It is my go to Urgent Care and I have recommended people.

Honestly, this is the best UC I've ever been to. They've always taken care of my family and I pretty quickly even at their busiest. I've brought both my sons here at different times and they have always been so thorough. I've had to come here multiple times for myself, from sinus infections to throwing out my back. My latest visit I fell pretty badly and Dr. Kash took care of me. They took X-rays and gave me a shot for the pain. They even gave me a boot. I'm so glad I have a place where they'll take care of me when I'm a mess.

What’s great about care fast is that you can call and ask what the wait time is and if you’re a past patient, they’ll take your info and call you when it’s almost your turn. This is so helpful, especially if you don’t feel well or have a sick kid. Front desk staff is always nice and helpful.

The staff, nurses and doctors at Burbank Care Fast Urgent Care were all very pleasant, friendly, attentive, hospitable, professional and knowledgeable. Their facility was very efficient. I was in and out of there extremely quickly, taking a number of tests and being attended to the way I needed to be. I would highly recommend them for any medical services you need. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Fantastic! I’ve never had a good urgent care experience until now. Clear pricing, not actually that expensive considering I had no health insurance, I paid $200 for the visit and an extra $100 for X-rays. Obviously not cheap, but the upfront pricing and the excellence of the doctors made it worth it. Didn’t want too long, and felt really cared for. And a week later I am all better thanks to them. Glad to know I can come back here if I ever need to.
