Office staff makes it impossible to get appointments scripts and doesn't return calls. It's unacceptable!

Gave me a wrong test had done week ago in hospital instead of rescheduling for right test no problem with test in hospital

My appointments have NEVER been on time. Twice they had to reschedule after my arrival. Dr Prasad is fantastic, but getting an on time appointment is impossible for the last 4 years. My last visit was November 6 at 2pm. When I arrived 15 minutes early…as usual I asked if doctor was running appointments on time or should we reschedule. I was told he was only a few minutes behind. They took my co pay and did a quick ekg. Five minutes later I was placed in an exam room unti 315 pm, which is 1 hour and 15 minutes later. That’s when I just up and left. No one asked me anything as I walked out. Haven’t heard from Prasad’s office since. My advice…Find A Better Cardiologist!

Dr. Edie is great but the office personal is inadequate. Calling and emailing them to get a piece of paper sign is like asking a 2 year old to clean there room . I have been waiting 2 month for a piece of paper to sign and i am getting excuses . When I call they keep transfer me to voice message. I have explain in my email how important this paper is but nothing . My dead line pass and I still till today can’t reach anyone to let me know about the statues of my FMLA Paper work.
