I met Dr Rao in 2019 the first time I went for a visit. She's the same excellent personality that she had been, very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to see. Thankfully for me, I got a clean bill of health, and I'm feeling really good about it:-)

From start to finish, Dr. Rao and her clinical staff were warm, kind, and incredibly thorough. Dr. Rao is clearly held in high regard within the medical community, and my experience confirmed that reputation. A staff member even mentioned how long she has worked for Dr. Rao and how much she enjoys working for her— which says a lot. I left feeling very impressed and confident in my care.

It’s Friday 1-30-26 & I’ve just come from seeing my cardiologist Dr.Rao & her team. I wasn’t looking forward to this visit because I had to inform them that my father passed ( also a patient). I couldn’t believe the overwhelming feeling of care & concern for my brother & I, because we took care of dad for 8 1/2 yrs. The doctor her PA & every member of her team asked if we needed anything telling me don’t worry about what it cost, for you & your brother it will be free. Even if you just want someone to talk with okay. Now I don’t know about anyone else but for me this is truly a first. This is one doctor I’ll stay with till I see my parents again. Thank you to all of the wonderful people at CVI.

Receptionist was very friendly, found answer for my question. The young girl who did my vitals was very nice, smiling looked like she enjoyed her job. The nurse was very helpful talkative, listened to my concerns. Dr Rao was her very cheerful self. Very reassuring that my issue was normal and nothing to be worried about. Left feeling very positive.

Dr. Rao takes the time to review your records and answer any questions that you have. She schedules diagnostic tests and is proactive. Her office is well run and stays on schedule. Excellent experience! We are lucky to have her in Ocala!
