This office operates so professionally! It was such a relief coming here! Everyone I interacted with seems like they enjoy being there and the energy is really positive which is unfortunately rare in my experience with healthcare spaces. Shakira and Priscilla in the Lab were especially wonderful and genuinely started my week off with joy, laughter and smiles while getting my bloodwork! Truly a delightful experience with them! I normally get nervous/dread going to healthcare appts but CVG is always a positive experience. :)

referred here by my OBGYN as i’m currently pregnant and my first time seeing a cardiologist, the L’ville location after my initial appointment and heart monitor placing told me to come to this location for an echocardiogram, while on the monitor i received a few alarming calls about my BPM one being on the day of my echo. at 2:50pm i called understanding that there is a 15 minute grace period as my appointment was at 3pm (per a man that answered the phone) i was transferred to a lady who i advised my eta would have been over 15 minuets due to traffic so that way my time wouldn’t be wasted, also asked if i could push my time back or if not could i reschedule, she called this location and somebody indicated i could come. to my surprise i was told with no form of empathy i couldn’t be seen at

I had a nurse tell me (a heart patient w/mechanical heart valve) I don’t need a renewal prescription for blood thinners (which I’m on for life). The other nurse and I sorted it out but it was a little frightening the lack of knowledge there. Their system did get me in and out pretty quickly. I’ll give them that. When I talked about my health requirements they looked at me like an alien. It’s just basic heart stuff…at a place called Cardiovascular group.

I LOVE my Dr. She looks like me and that gives me comfort & makes me feel like I'm being seen and taken seriously. The staff is friendly & you're always kept informed and included in your care. 10 outta 10 recommend!!

The nurses were patient and gentle, and the support staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.
