Terrible experience. The first time I went, I had a doctor, but apparently he left. The next time, they assigned me a medical assistant instead. When I tried to get a refill for my medication, they said they couldn’t find my doctor in their system because the clinic had been bought by another company. Then they expected me to remember the doctor’s name, even though I see multiple doctors and rely on them to keep accurate records in my chart. The whole place felt disorganized and unprofessional. On top of that, the woman on the phone was very rude. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic. I treat others with the same respect and kindness I hope to receive in return. What about you?

I have been going to Dr Nicchi for over 10 years. Always takes the time to listen and discuss any concerns I may have and doesn’t rush me out. He is friendly and polite. I would highly recommend him as your Cardiologist.

My last visit to Cardiac Care Consultants and Dr Pakula was top notch. I was checked in right on time, had my vitals taken, a quick ekg, and met with Dr Pakula shortly thereafter. He is both professional and friendly. He went through my chart discussed his findings and cleared me for an upcoming surgery. He drafted the clearance letter right then and there and said it would be electronically forwarded to my surgeon that instant. It was a very positive experience.

I greatly appreciate and respect Dr. Ashim Aggarwal. He is very knowledgeable, clear and direct. He is friendly and concerned about the best treatment for my conditions. He studied my files and addressed what needs to be done. I have complete confidence in him. So glad I am in his care.

I accompany my husband to his cardio appointments. Dr. Aggarwal is very focused, addresses any issues, and explains all treatments and when we'll follow-up. His office runs very smoothly, usually very short or no wait, and efficient. He's done procedures, and he's always right on the mark with expected outcomes and how long things will take. We really trust him, and we'd highly recommend him to anyone needing cardiology care.
