Caraday of Lampasas

I am not a resident, nor do I have relatives who work or reside here. However, my husband and I visit a variety of nursing homes on a pretty regular basis (4-5 times a year) either in connection to our business or to drop off donations (magazines, etc). As a result we see many different nursing homes. Caraday of Lampasas ALWAYS stand out because the employees and residents seem so happy! Everyone is smiling, employees actually say “hi” and have eye contact. They thank us for stopping by. Residents are talkative. We’ve seen them dancing to live music, playing games. The facility is clean and does not smell. We do NOT see this at other local facilities. Caraday of Lampasas really stands out!

We are so truly grateful we found Caraday of Lampasas. From my first conversation with the Admissions Director, I felt we had finally found the right place for Dad. The staff is outstanding, and everyone has been kind, compassionate, and instrumental in ensuring the best possible level of care for Dad. Each time I visit in person the employees are friendly, engage in conversation, and provide any general updates as needed. The entrance lobby feels more like a home living room vs a facility and is warm and welcoming. Throughout the day you can hear the murmur of conversation and laughter throughout the hallways. Came to visit family in Lampasas a few weeks ago and got to spend some time with my uncle who resides here at Caraday of Lampasas. We had a wonderful hot lunch in the dining room while watching old westerns. The kitchen manager lady walked the dining room making sure everyone was happy.The aides were amazing, I'm happy. Feels good knowing he's in good hands.

Caraday of Lampasas is fantastic. After visiting the other nursing homes in our area I chose Caraday of Lampasas to provide care for my mother. They care about their residents as if they were their own family. They staff keeps me informed of any medical problems that my mother my be having. I absolutely love that they are so caring to ALL their residents .
