I absolutely love having Dr. Georgia Hay as my GP! She’s so thorough, takes her time, and makes you feel like she’s truly been thinking about you and your care. I have a complicated medical condition, and she’s been amazing at helping me manage it. She listens, explains things clearly, and never rushes through appointments. The office is always clean, the ladies up front are so caring, and the nurses are extremely knowledgeable and kind. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their patients. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Hay and her team — they’re the best!

They washed my rt ear out repeatedly trying to get something off and away from eardrum but was unsuccessful. Thus they sent me a referral to a specialist ent at Wellstone in harker heights. I am still waiting for an appointment . Meanwhile my ear hurts and itches since Jan 6 th 2026

Dr Hay always listens tells it like it is. On my last visit I was in AFIB didn’t know it she called ambulance saved me. She’s my 5 star DR.

I been with Dr Hay for years. Been gone for a while cause of family. The nurse is excellent. Front staff the best I been around. So nice. God's Blessings
