I love the service & care my spouse & I receive from Capsule. My sister turned me on to Capsule a few years ago. I chose to come over to Capsule when my pharmacy insurance changed through UCare. I had great difficulty accessing the new unnamed ‘big box’ pharmacy service. We were in a pinch because my spouse’s meds were close to running out at the beginning of January. They helped us that evening & delivered his meds! Yes, they are a delivery service only, located in downtown Minneapolis & we live in Minnetonka. No charge but they do allow a tip for the driver…yes, a must for me every time. Just this morning I contacted Capsule with a unique situation & they checked it out & helped pronto. Kudos! They always respond quickly to any messages & I love that aspect of their service & so perso

Wow, what a convenient way to get my medications without the bummer of sitting at an overcrowded pharmacy waiting area or sitting in a forever drive through! Prices on my Rxs are reasonable, though the OTC things come at a bit of a premium (not that different than some retail outlets), and it all comes politely and promptly delivered during evenings and weekends, when I'm actually home. Proud to be a repeat customer. Finally, several times I've needed to move a delivery date in or out and gotten a SUPER FAST and always cooperative response. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Capsule the last 6 months or so.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have been really happy with my capsule experience. I e had such challenges with prescriptions lately and Capsule is timely, they text back and it gets delivered to me which is so amazing so I don’t have to haul my child around, especially in cases when they aren’t feeling well. When I need something time sensitive they are incredibly responsive! I was hesitant to try at first but now I have switched everything I can over for myself and my child.

I am very unimpressed with the “service” I have received from Capsule pharmacy. My medical provider uses Clear Rx to manage prescribed medications. Despite me choosing to fill my prescription with my regular pharmacy and receiving confirmation of same, some how Capsule “filled” the prescription and billed my insurance. This was on January 20. Despite them billing my insurance, I never received the prescription. I am headed into week two of calls/texts from Capsule where I am told it is fixed, just to be told by my insurance and my pharmacy that it’s not fixed. I have yet to receive any explanation as to under what authority the filled the prescription and still no real assistance with the issue. Given the concern my next step is to report insurance fraud.

Excellent service, kind people, and simple app. Negative reviewers appear not to know how to use calendars or cell phones. If you have a handle on those two things you’ll never go back to waiting on hold with Walgreens just to learn that they lost their contract with your insurance or waiting in line at CVS just to learn that you’re too late and they lit your prescription on fire in the parking lot. 10/5 STARS
