Capri Health & Rehabilitation Center

I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Capri Health & Rehab for everything they have done for my mom and my family. I will never be able to thank enough Jennifer Lewis, the Director of Nursing for her kindness and professionalism. I would never have been able to do everything without her and her wonderful team of caring nurses and health care professionals. i have never seen such dedicated people. I hope with this review other families know to reach out to Capri Health & Rehab. Truly extraordinary people. Thank you all again. Highly recommend.

Capri was nice enough to have a party today for my mom’s 105 birthday. It was a surprise to us that they planned this and it was a wonderful day. Thank you to all the staff especially to Rochelle, Lee, Tyler, Johanna, Jada and all the staff at Capri for making my mom’s day birthday a special day for all of us.

I enjoy coming to see my mom every Thursday to play bingo. We have great laughs. The staff is great here and they help in a lot of ways. The staff listen to the patients and try very hard to make everyone happy. This place has helped my mother more than they know. They show respect to her. Thank you all for your support.

If I could give a lower score i would... My Aunt broke her hip and this is where she was sent after her hospital stay. Arrived at 3pm during a shift change. Would not provide a walker, just a wheelchair. Waited 2.5 hours and no nurse came to see her before I needed to leave. When arrived early next morning, she was sitting up on side of bed, attempting to get out, with no help. Put diapers on her overnight even though she is not incontinent, would just need help getting up to go to bathroom. When call button pushed, typically no answer for long periods of time. Bathroom in her assigned room was DISGUSTING. Worn diaper left on floor, and toilet was covered in feces. Toilet was also clogged, almost spilled over when flushed. When aide got her dressed in morning, they did not feed her fol

Lovely reception at the facility, Patty helped us understand the system and gave us great information. Nursing staff was helpful and attentive.
