Capitol Rehab of Winchester

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday and even put it in my calendar. Instead, I received a call on Friday saying I missed the appointment and that I would be charged a late fee. After looking into it, it was clear the mistake was on their end, not mine. This kind of disorganization at the front desk is unacceptable. It honestly felt like they were more focused on getting money than providing proper service. I went ahead and paid the late fee, but I will not be returning. You will not be receiving any more of my business.

Several years ago I had hurt my back so bad that I couldn’t even walk without the aid of two canes. A few visits later, I was walking under my own power. Now I’m back for a pinched nerve in my neck. I can’t say enough good things about these people. The entire place is very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everyone is friendly and professional. All I can say is this is the place you need to be if you need PT or chiropractic care.

I absolutely love the staff here. They're not only spot on with their treatment but they're also friendly and caring. I couldn't ask for a better team to keep me moving!

This is the best thing I've ever done for myself! Dr. Hensler, Karie, and everyone else there are awesome. Years ago, I messed up my back and had never seen a chiropractor before. I practically had to crawl in, but I walked out feeling so much better! I go regularly now, and I'm so glad I do to keep my back and neck in shape. I always feel good going in, but I feel amazing when I leave!

Very happy with the chiropractic services I’ve received there. Combined with stretching and working out at the gym, it’s provided great relief for my neck pain.
