They are incompetent, I have taken my 2 children to this place, the first one for 11 years, they are not loving with the babies when it comes to vaccinating them, they do not speak to them with affection, and all those women who work there in the office are rude, they do everything in a hurry, they do not love what they do, I have no complaints about the doctors but I do about the nurses who vaccinate the children, they do not seem to have the necessary experience to deal with babies, they must be treated with love because they are beautiful babies that come from God. The nurse who vaccinated my baby she clearly didn't do well, it looks bruse and swollen, they only care about the money🤑 not the children.

THE OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST! After ten years (we love the doctor) we will be leaving because of the Administration. THEY ARE RUDE! THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP US and spoke down / belittling us as the parents. I am completely disgusted with the front office staff of Capital Pediatrics and Adolescent Center, PLLC!! We will be taking our business and children to a different provider ASAP!!

The office staff is completely awful. The office staff is completely unhelpful and rude. We will be leaving Capital Peds and seeking a new provider ASAP. The actual pediatrician is great, but due to poor administration we will be taking our business somewhere else. It was so much better just a few months ago. We have been with Capital Peds for TEN YEARS!!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST!!!!!!

I had appointments for two kids together. Called that day just to make sure the time was correct . 2pm was time . Got there 200 . They told me one child appt was at 140. The whole point of calling to confirm appt time was to get there on time .. Drove 40 mins for one of kids not to he seen . When there employee was the one that gave invalid information. Had a slot open and wouldn't even see my child ... dr Franklin would have never ..

Dr. Morgan is the best doctor ever!!!!
