Dr Hoover was great with my daughter. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great choices for glasses - my daughter chose a frame super quickly! Facility is clean and up to date. They do take Pacific Source, if you are a family who has that. Also to note, because Pacific Source has 1 eyewear lab in the state of Oregon, we were informed it can take up to 4 weeks for my daughter’s glasses to arrive.

This was my first visit at Capitol Eye Care, and they were amazing! Friendly, welcoming and I didn’t have to wait long at all! I felt like Dr. Hoover was very informative and took the time to explain everything to me. The ladies up front were super sweet and Leslie that helped me find new glasses was awesome too! Thank You Everyone for making those like myself feel like an individual and not just a number!

Great experience today going for a routine eye exam. Knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful and kind. A great pleasure and kudos to the front staff for having excellent customer service skills. Extremely rare these days.
