Awful experience. From the provider, to the dishonest and deceitful billing manager (Mark Milligan). This has to be the worst healthcare provider in all of DC, certainly the worst provider I have dealt with (and there has been a good number of those). Mark told me that he would recode my bill due to the miscommunication from their entire team. However, he advised me that my insurance provider could charge me more after the fact. I checked with my insurance and said this would not be the case. Called back Mark's team and then he refused to do what he said and instead said he would give me a one-time "courtesy discount" but I still had to pay out of pocket 50 plus dollars.
