Capital Health – Urology Specialists

Horizon sent me a bill stating capital health sent my cultures to A third-party vendor. We all know they usually use quest, diagnostics, or LabCorp. I was under the impression that they were using those which is covered by my assurance, but they sent my information to a third-party trying to charge me a $1700 bill. Highly unacceptable now I’m stuck paying a bill that I was not even aware of about the third-party vendor. like what is verified diagnostics LLC that seems like a scam

I can not say enough good things about this practice. Not only was I having some long term medical issues that had not been effectively treated until i began seeing them, despite having seen multiple other specialists but I was also going through a generally tough time. All of the staff there was so good to me. Kelly Dozier, a nurse at the Lawrenceville location and Dr. Jamie Kausch stand out in the medical field as wonderful practitioners but also generally stellar human beings. My medical condition is finally improving with the treatment plan they devised and provide and i sincerely appreciate the genuine compassion, understanding and care that they show me with every single interaction I've had with them. Is this department even active? Dozens of calls over duration of weeks, numerous voice messages, still no response. Such an inconvenience especially from the big brand hospital like this. I hope the office manager sees this!!

I see Kathie Olson at Capital Health - Urology Specialty. She is phenomenal, my life saver. She is personable, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Her nurse, Maureen, is just as wonderful and kind. I have suffered with IC for over 30 years and she understands it and me. This is so important for my health care. The facility is clean and neat. I highly recommend Capital Health-Urology Specialty, especially Kathie Olson, she is a true asset to this practice! Ewing, NJ

Visited them once (new NJ resident) - surprised to find that they're not equipped to do many things that exist in other modern Urology clinics I've used in the past, such as Ultrasound scanning, requiring an additional referral and more time, money and effort; and then charged me an outrageous fee relative to the service I got (literally a visual check and a 5 min chat) and as compared to any doctor's office of any specialty I've ever been to - with the justification being "this is the code we use". Will definitely never use anything Capital Health again.
