My doctor is great but the office staff are so useless that it’s not worth coming here. No matter how what time I call, nobody answers and I have to leave a message. No matter how many times I call, they never return them. I had a follow-up appointment that they cancelled via automated phone call, but the office never called to reschedule or returned my calls. I finally went into the office to find out why nobody was returning my calls about an antidepressant refill, the lady at the desk berated me for not coming back for the appointment they had cancelled themselves and refused to even check with the doctor about a refill.
We recently moved to the area and weren't sure what to expect from our first hospital visit, but it turned out to be the most positive experience we could have hoped for. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a receptionist with a smile that lit up the room. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and I only wish I had gotten her name. Then we met Tyinika (or Ms. Nikki), who might be the sweetest person in all of Princeton. She was so gentle and patient, even with our little one, and made us feel completely at ease. But most of all, we want to thank Dr. Bonaccorsi. Finding her felt like an answer to our prayers. She was professional, compassionate, and absolutely wonderful with our two boys. We left feeling cared for, respected, and grateful to have found such a trustworthy plac
If I could give this place 0 stars I would horrible staff and Dr’s are more worried about getting bonuses for making you take tests you don’t even need Dr Shah was the worse she held my prescribes hostage and refused to refill them until I took the unnecessary test she wanted me to some of the meds I was on you’re not suppose to stop cold turkey but she didn’t care. She made me come in to the office once a month what Dr does this and still refuses to give you your medications?? on top of that staff are rude and confrontational because she refused to refill my meds I had bad withdrawal symptoms and she still is trying to make me take non factor test so I switched dr’s at a different practice immediately the new place saw me and refilled all my prescriptions with no problems I don’t have to
This place is a complete scam. They trick you into receiving services without any explanation it’s happening or what the cost is, and hit you with a bill coded with something that’s not covered by your insurance. Both my husband and I scheduled our first time visit here for a well visit that’s fully covered by our insurance. My husbands doctor (male Dr. Rose) coded his appointment correctly and he owed nothing, mine (female Dr. Rose) coded mine as a well visit plus something else which I later realized is why she spent one hour asking me a list of questions about myself (when I thought she was just being nice and it was what they did for all new patients). I did not ask for this “service” and no one explained this was not a part of their normal new patient routine or well/preventative care
Really unimpressed with this office. When I went in the 1st time the receptionist spelled my name wrong despite it being correct on the forms. The doctor had me tell her to fix it, which I did and she still sent my pharmacy the wrong name. And it took several days to fix. Been trying to get prescriptions filled with no luck. Was told one of the times to ask my pharmacy to call, which my pharmacy asked my doctor to call. Tried 4 times to get blood work done. After the first three times I advised them the lab core didn't have my script they kept saying to just go in, only after that 3rd time did someone send me a new script. I asked for a recommendation from the nurse line for another place to get blood work done and they couldn't give me one. And now I'm trying to reschedule my appointm
