If I could, I would give Dr. Lukose Vadakara 10 stars or more! He is truly one of the BEST doctors I have ever met. He doesn’t waste time, yet he makes sure every single question is answered thoroughly. He helps you create a clear plan and ensures you leave with confidence about what to do next. I have never met a doctor as dedicated as him, he genuinely cares for his patients. He even addresses questions you didn’t realize you should be asking! On top of that, he has such a positive, jolly personality that makes every visit uplifting. Dr. Vadakara is not only an exceptional physician but also an amazing human being. God bless him! I highly recommend him and the outstanding services at Capital Health. Great job, Capital Health, for having such phenomenal doctors on your team!
Dr Zubair and his team were Brunswick Ave Primary Care which is top notch. See new location below…..Modern spotless facility. Easy to get appt. Drs and stafff are kind and professional. They have their own lab and oby-gyn care. Could not do better. Neighborhood is beautifully remodeled and very safe. They have valet services too. I love this practice and am grateful for a medical group that is efficient, empathetic and professional. I found it to be a happy and warm experience. 2024. Still with Dr Zubair who owns this practice. He is warm and personable and at the same time he is very knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician. Somewhat rare today. I have a rather rare condition (because it’s not diagnosed easily)…. Dr Zubair as he entered my exam room on my first visit w
Absolutely horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst office ever. You can't get a referral for your life. I have gotten numerous letters from my insurance company and also specialists saying I owe them money because HPG never sent the referral I requested. Everytime you call to request a referral you have to speak to a voicemail. A phone call back won't be received for at least a week and a half. It isn't until you call and go on a tirade on the voicemail message that they magically call you back within 10 minutes. I've had specialists even call me and say that they will get in touch with them personally to request the referral, only for them to call me back and say they didn't have any luck speaking with a person either, even after attempting to contact the office manager. My favor
Never had a issue at this location until recently. Worst “doctor” there so far is Christine Castillo I came in to have something done I explain it to her she’s trying to get me to schedule additional appointments I stress to her that this is what I came for today she walks out says have a good day I go to the manager he was nice and he made her do her job she did it trying to act like everything was okay. She is very rude and very pushy she’s a terrible doctor everybody else I have had there has been okay but this doctor is trash and very rude don’t schedule with her
You are better off going to the ER than wasting your money here. What Dr. says I have no idea what's wrong with you but I will call in an antibiotic and if the tests show there is something wrong with you, I'll call in something stronger? What Dr tells you, if you are in pain go to the ER? I was in pain it took them 7 days to get approval from my insurance company for a MRI. I could have gone to the ER and been done with this already. I have been trying for a month to get someone to call in my 84 yr old mother in law's meds. They say our Dr is only seeing patients virtually ok so what does that have to do with her calling in meds? How many messages do I have to leave before they are going to call me back? And why did blood work for a routine physical cost over $8000? Go somewhere else!
